Interférence constructive

Description

Here is a perfect example constructive interference. It took me multiple hours of shooting to get the perfect image.

Location : Porto Moniz, Madeira, Portugal.

How it works : Waves are crashing into the coastline. A part of it is being reflected back to sea. When a reflected wave crash into an incident wave, chances are (if the timing is good), they will double up and form a huge wave twice the hight !
